The condition of the canvas is clean and beautiful showing only minor wear. 
The Leather is just gorgeous showing only minor wear overall, however two of the tabs that connect the handle are showing deeper cracks.  These tabs are not expensive to get replaced and in time may need replacement.  Price reflects this, giving you a low price point to own this vintage beauty and money in the budget to eventually replace them should they fail.  
 
The inside is clean and beautiful, showing minor wear.
 
It does understandably show some signs of wear which I have shown with extensive photography.
